We know that buying from emerging or new brands can feel risky, especially if you’ve never heard of them before. That’s why we’ve put protections in place. Our client's safety and satisfaction are our main priority. If your order arrives late, isn’t what you expected, or gets damaged, we’ll sort it out quickly and make sure you’re taken care of.
We want you to relax and discover new designers with confidence. We’re here to solve it if anything goes wrong.
Late Shipping
If your order doesn’t have an active tracking number by the “Ship Within” date plus one extra week, you can request a full refund of the purchase price.
Misleading Representation
If a product doesn’t match its description or photos, you’re eligible for a full refund. Please provide photo evidence and open a dispute within 7 days of delivery.
Damaged or Lost Packages
- Damaged in Transit: If your package arrives damaged, you can receive a full refund. Photo evidence and a dispute filed within 7 days of delivery are required.
- Lost in Transit: If tracking confirms your package never arrived, open a dispute within 30 days of shipment. We’ll refund you if the carrier can’t locate it. (We cannot cover packages marked as delivered.)
Size Exchanges
You can exchange for a different size within 10 days of delivery, provided the item is “as new” with original tags and the new size is in stock.
You pay a €5 return shipping fee. We’ll cover shipping for the replacement size.
If your requested size is unavailable, the sale is final.
