LATE SHIPPING

Bumped protects shoppers through the Bumped Buyer Protection Policy.

  • If an order does not have an active tracking number within the disclosed shipping timeframe on the product page (+1 additional week of lead time), the customer is eligible for a full refund of the product purchase price upon request.

MISLEADING REPRESENTATION

If the product received does not match the product description or displayed photos, the buyer is eligible for a full refund of the product purchase price.

  • Photo evidence is required.

  • The dispute must be opened within 7 days of the arrival date.

DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

If a package arrives damaged due to shipping, the customer is eligible for a full refund of the product purchase price.

  • Photo evidence is required.

  • The dispute must be opened within 7 days of the arrival date.

For lost packages, tracking information must support the claim, and:

  • The dispute must be opened within 90 days of the original shipment date.

  • If the package cannot be located within a reasonable timeframe, a full refund will be issued.

  • Bumped does not cover packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier.

SIZE EXCHANGES

  • Orders are eligible for a size exchange, provided that the requested size is available on Bumped.

  • The product being returned must be in "as new" condition with original tags.

  • The customer is responsible for a £5 return shipping fee.

  • The size exchange request must be made within 7 days of product delivery.

  • If the requested replacement size is unavailable, the sale will be considered final.

FINAL SALE

All orders that do not qualify under the categories above will be considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Each brand on our marketplace has different shipping times and costs.

  • Shipping information is displayed on each product page and in your cart before checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • Orders placed outside the EU & UK can take up to 4 weeks to ship.

  • Orders outside the EU & UK cannot be canceled once they have been placed.

  • Customers outside the EU & UK are responsible for paying duties and taxes upon arrival.

WHAT DOES [PRE-ORDER] MEAN?

  • Items marked as [PRE-ORDER] are handmade-to-order by the brand. It´s ordered based on demand. A preorder fashion drop is a method where customers can purchase upcoming fashion items before they are officially released and available.

  • These items typically take longer to ship than regular orders.

  • The estimated shipping time is listed on the product page and in your cart before checkout.

HAS MY ORDER SHIPPED?

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

  • Please note that some brands may take up to 3 weeks to ship as their items are handmade-to-order.

  • If your order is past the estimated shipping time, please email contact@bumpedldn.com, and we will look into the delay.
